The 13mm rod width allows for easy adjustment of rod width with a simple combing stroke, making it ideal for testing. The comb's thickness also provides a firm grip. The extremely tightly spaced teeth allow for a perfectly shaped surface with a single stroke. This comb is ideal for ultra-fast winding and setting. Its stainless steel tail is made from high-grade super plastic, also used in aircraft parts, for excellent heat and chemical resistance. (The black comb is made of a carbon-based material that reduces static electricity.) This professional-grade comb, designed with salon-inspired features like the "Parting Space Head" feature, shortens the first tooth for easier blocking and parting, and the "Gradation Pitch" feature (the tooth spacing narrows by 1/100th of a second) allows for clean combing with uniform tension.
