RCMA “AF” Foundation Thinner – Specifically designed for RCMA Appliance Foundations or adding shine to powdered faces.
Directions: put a small amount of RCMA AF foundation on a mixing palette, add a drop of thinner and mix. continue to add drops until you get your desired consistency. Do not add directly to foundation in the jar or container. Always add and mix on a mixing palette.
