How to Use

Line eyes with Voyeur Waterproof Gel Eyeliner by twisting base to dispense product. After use, retract, and firmly replace to prevent the formula from drying out.

Starting at the base of the lashes, pull Unlocked Instant Extensions Mascara brush straight through from root to tip. One application provides an instant effect, but additional coats add intense definition, length, and lift.
